1 min read

A practice direction under the Family Procedure Rules 2010 that sets out how hearing bundles must be prepared and presented to the court — including what they must contain, page limits, and formatting. A new version came into force on 2 March 2026 and applies to all hearings in the family court and the Family Division of the High Court.

In Plain English

A guide that tells you exactly how to organize your court papers into a folder called a bundle. It covers things like page limits and how documents should be numbered so the judge can find everything easily.
