A court form used in financial remedy proceedings to set out the legal costs each party has incurred so far and expects to incur up to and including a hearing. It's filed before every hearing or appointment, and a more detailed statement of costs (Form H1) is filed before the final hearing. Check your own court order for the deadlines. It is filed so the court and both parties can see the cost of the case at a glance. The court uses it when deciding any question of costs and to help keep track of how the case is progressing.
