The Express Financial Remedy pilot (PD36ZH) covers financial remedy applications linked to a matrimonial or civil partnership order, or to a notice of intention to proceed with one, and only where the asset limit is met. Consent orders and section 31 MCA 1973 variation applications are excluded.
