The Bundles Guide (paras 8.2 to 8.5) says that where contact isn't safe or appropriate, for example because of domestic abuse, protective orders or directions limiting contact, you should not contact the other party directly. Prepare the bundle as best you reasonably can. You can ask the judge for directions at a hearing or by application.
