What People Expect

People assume a good reason will be accepted on the day.

Court Reality

The Bundles Guide (paras 7.2 to 7.5) says the usual limit is 350 pages. If a bundle is likely to go over, raise it with the judge first by contacting the court office. If the judge allows a larger paper bundle, it must be split into more than one file. The judge can set different limits for your case. Rules and orders differ here: check your own order.
