What People Expect

People follow the one numbering rule they have read.

Court Reality

The Bundles Guide (para 7.8) says financial remedy page numbers run from start to finish and should not restart in each section. Its own example index (Annex E(1)) numbers the preliminary documents separately (P1, P2) from the rest of the bundle. The guide says both. Rules and orders differ here: check your own order.
