Guidance issued by the Financial Remedies Court (originally on 11 January 2022) introducing standardised documents, including Forms ES1 and ES2, aimed at making financial remedy hearings more efficient and focused for the judge. It was replaced on 13 March 2026 by the Financial Remedies Guide 2026, which keeps the ES1 and ES2.
