A form completed by a party who is the alleged perpetrator, giving the court information to decide whether to prohibit them from cross-examining the alleged victim in person. Under the Domestic Abuse Act 2021, where direct cross-examination is prohibited and the party has no lawyer of their own, the court can appoint a qualified legal representative to conduct it if there is no satisfactory alternative.
