Court Reality

Standard directions say the obligation to produce ES1 and ES2 "applies as much to non-represented parties". The usual deadline is 11am on the working day before the hearing. Where both parties are unrepresented, some orders require them to be posted 7 days before. Rules and orders differ here: check your own order.
