Judges read only what is in the Core Bundle — required by PD 27A (March 2026). Standard hearing bundles are now capped at 350 pages (PD 27A para 17.1) unless the court grants express permission for more. The Core Bundle should contain only documents necessary for your specific application. Overly long bundles, duplicates, and irrelevant material are skimmed or overlooked. A focused, paginated Core Bundle carries more weight than sheer quantity.
